C.O.S (Cosmic Orchid Studios) has now allocated the three main roles for this project. Below I have listed the reasons why each group member was assigned to their role.
Director - Noah Greenhalgh
Creative thinker that is confident in leading a team. Strong conceptual ideas, quick to create concepts and listen to everyone's opinion. Takes criticism well and is able to adapt ideas to suit the group's wishes.
Production Designer - Rachael Holyhead
A skilled artist that works quickly and efficiently and takes direction well. Able to work without supervision. Independent but good at communicating. Strong visual ideas and skills. Good at working to a schedule.
Jennifer Ball - Producer
Enthusiastic, well organized and confident in communication. Great team motivator. Has a good sense of realistically planning tasks to meet a deadline and regularly checks in on the team to make sure the project is running smoothly. Strong presentation skills and ability to solve problems quickly.
The smaller roles have been allocated based on how confident each team member feels in that certain role, depending on what skills they already have, These roles can be subject to change:
